The First General Body Meeting (FGBM) of the 64th Year of NASA India was successfully conducted online from 15th to 17th October 2021, adapting once again to the virtual format due to the pandemic. The meeting saw enthusiastic participation from the Executive Council, six Zonal Presidents, two council members, and Unit Representatives from member colleges across the country. This gathering marked a crucial milestone for the year, enabling the council and the General Body to collectively deliberate on the organizational direction and structural reforms for NASA India.

The sessions began with the presentation of the Audit Report of the 62nd Year by Idris Ahmad Sharif, followed by an open Q&A with the ex-council, ensuring transparency and accountability. This was followed by the Audit Report of the 63rd Year, presented and explained by the National Secretary by Ashwith Koyyala and National Advisor, allowing member colleges to understand the financial and operational status of the Association.

A significant portion of the meeting focused on Constitutional Amendments, where the Executive Council presented articles and invited proposals from member colleges. Articles without counter-proposals were adopted into the Constitution, ensuring a democratic and consensus-based approach.
