The offline EC-ZC meeting in Delhi from July 22nd to 26th, 2023, was a pivotal event for newly elected executive council members and zonal presidents to engage in discussions and collaborations, setting the stage for a productive year.

Welcome and Introduction


The national secretary welcomed the new council members, outlining NASA's functions and encouraging engagement through a Q&A session. This initial meeting fostered learning and camaraderie among members.

Participants reviewed and updated association documents and protocols, ensuring readiness for the coming year. Discussions on the constitution led to a clearer understanding of the association's framework.


Key topics included updating financial operations with a new security system and clarifying job roles for better teamwork among council members.


Potential constitutional amendments were discussed to meet the association's evolving needs, along with volunteer selection procedures for Headquarters.


Legal Documentation and MOU Presentation


Legal documents and the MOU with Catabatic were presented, highlighting NASA's collaborative efforts and compliance with essential frameworks like FCRA and Niti Aayog NGO Darpan.


Brainstorming and Collaboration Review


Members brainstormed on optimizing NASA's functions, reviewing partnerships, and discussing awards to foster excellence.

Members presented key documents, emphasizing the importance of documentation for legal standing and trust.


Agenda for the 66th Year


Future agenda discussions included public relations, content creation for OAN, GBRI scholarship criteria, and suggestions for NASA Day, showcasing engagement and vision.


Members reflected on past challenges to propose new functional orders and digitalization initiatives for better communication and resource sharing.
