Designing Identity, Editing Vision – A Synergy of Innovation and Communication
In the 66th year of NASA India, the Designers & Editors Team (D&E Team) has been officially formulated as a dynamic sub-committee working under the leadership of the Zonal President, Zone 1. This collaborative team brings together creative minds from across the associated colleges, united by a common goal—to shape the visual and editorial identity of NASA India.
The D&E Team functions as the creative force behind NASA India's posters, animations, and social media content. Every visual narrative and public communication is thoughtfully crafted by this team, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and a strong visual language that reflects the ethos of the association.
To streamline workflow and expand creative reach, the Designers & Editors Team (DET) is further categorized into two specialized branches:
Print Media – responsible for all publication designs, printed materials, and documentation.
Digital Media – focused on digital content creation, including animations, social media assets, and digital campaigns
.
Recruitment for the DET is conducted among students from NASA India’s associated colleges, offering young designers and writers a unique platform to explore creative leadership and collaboration. The team is coordinated by DET Coordinators, who are selected from among the Unit Secretaries of the current Executive Council—ensuring strong communication and structured guidance.
A Milestone Moment: Launch of the DET Logo
One of the highlights of the 66th year was the official release of the DET Logo, symbolizing the identity, purpose, and evolving journey of the D&E Team. This emblem now stands as a mark of creativity, collaboration, and commitment to excellence within NASA India.
As the association moves forward, the D&E Team continues to play a vital role in shaping how NASA India is seen, read, and remembered—one post, poster, and publication at a time
