The 67th Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM) of NASA India was held from 3rd to 5th July 2025 at the IPS Academy, School of Architecture, Indore. The annual gathering brought together unit representatives, council members, and election candidates from across the country, serving as a platform for leadership transition, academic exchange, and organizational growth.

The event opened with a formal inauguration ceremony, featuring a welcome address by the host college, the traditional lamp-lighting, and an inspiring keynote by the National President of NASA India. This was followed by a detailed briefing from the Election Committee, outlining the process for nominations and qualifications. Election forms were submitted, officially setting the stage for the formation of the 68th-year council. Parallelly, the Short Film Trophy (SOTY) jury session added an academic and creative dimension to the first day.

The second day was dominated by elections for zonal and national positions, carried out in a structured sequence—from Zonal Presidents to the Programs Head, Trophies Head, National Vice President, and culminating in the election of the National President. The day was marked by spirited debates, dynamic discussions, and strong participation, reflecting NASA India’s democratic framework and the enthusiasm of its student leaders.

The final day began with the conclusion of the National President election, followed by emotional end-term addresses by the outgoing council. Their reflections on achievements and challenges resonated deeply with the attendees, inspiring the new leadership to carry forward the organization’s legacy. The day concluded with the Valedictory Session, a Book Launch, and the symbolic Change of Guard Ceremony, where the newly elected council officially assumed charge. A warm farewell dinner wrapped up the event, fostering camaraderie among the participating units.

The 67th AGBM not only ensured a seamless leadership transition but also strengthened NASA India’s spirit of collaboration, creativity, and responsibility. With its balanced mix of elections, academic pursuits, and cultural exchange, the event has set the tone for an ambitious and impactful year ahead under the new council.
